fennel stalks, sliced

mandarins, peeled and segmented

spring onions, finely sliced

cup of hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- fennel
fronds
Honey Mustard Dressin:
- 2
tbs of olive oil
- 1
tbs of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3
tsp of honey
- 2
tsp of Dijon mustard
- salt
and pepper to taste
