  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh cracked black pepper (or lemon pepper)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • For the dredge:
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 ½ cups skim milk
